Do I need prior experience?
No. Tracks are labeled Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. We recommend beginners start with Bouquet Fundamentals before moving to Wedding or Installations.
How are assignments graded?
Each module includes a brief and a rubric. Submit photos or diagrams of your work; mentors grade within 5 business days with specific notes and improvement tips.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Completing a course and passing the capstone yields a shareable digital certificate issued by Tostep BloomLab.
What tools and materials do I need?
We list recommended tools per course—typically snips, tape, wire, a conditioning bucket, and access to stems. Sustainable tracks outline foam-free substitutions.
What is the refund policy?
